About Us

CardelleXpo Group is an international trade show consulting and management firm. We have worked with leading associations and other trade show organizers to help them achieve success in growing their shows as well as in helping them to launch new ones. We have launched and managed events in the U.S., Eastern Europe, and Central America. While we began by working as agents for international event organizers, CardelleXpo Group has grown into a full-service conference and exhibition organizer.

The principle of CardelleXpo Group, Ken Cardelle is a leading Trade Show Executive, having worked for over 20 years in the industry. Ken was instrumental in bringing some of the most important events to Russia and the CIS after the fall of the USSR, becoming one of the leading experts on doing business there. The international trade show and publishing company he worked with as the Director of Sales organized the first Western-style trade shows in Russia. He later personally launched the Refrigeration & DeepFreeze Trade Fair, and the Commercial Vehicle & Bus Trade Fair, both in Moscow. In Uzbekistan he launched the Cotton & Silk World Conference & Exhibition, and in Ukraine the World Food Technology Trade Fair.

With an eye always on new opportunity and emerging markets, CardelleXpo Group saw an opportunity in one of the leading new markets, Central America and launched a Real Estate Investment and Development Conference & Exhibition in Costa Rica. We continue to work in that region on events, and with a local partner represent several investment and development projects.

Over the years CardelleXpo Group has worked with some of the biggest associations and trade show organizers in the world, helping them grow and launch events. For the U.S. Telecom Association we were a member of the team that launched their TelecomNEXT Conference & Exhibition, and we worked on launching the American Hardware Manufacturers Association’s industry event.

 


President - Ken Cardelle

With over twenty years experience in the Trade Show industry Ken has worked on some of the most important events in the world, opening up new international markets, while working with some of the biggest organizers in the industry.

He began in the industry by covering the Gartner Group Conferences, where he was responsible for selling Executive Summary Reports and Conference Proceedings to the IT professionals in attendance. From there he joined the renowned Comtek Expositions, where as Sales Director he spent many years introducing western companies to the Russian market. He also managed two Publications, one a Russian language business publication.

He then teamed up with one of the former owners of Comtek Expositions to help launch a new trade show company, International Exposition Group. Here he launched several trade shows in Russia, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine, opening a Moscow and Kiev office in the process. This was then followed up with an opportunity to help another new trade show organizing company, Infinity Expo Group, through which he was instrumental in helping both the U.S. Telecom Association and the American Hardware Manufacturers Association. Through CardelleXpo Group he then formed a partnership with a Costa Rican company, Kensington Global,  and together they launched InvestCostaRica. CardelleXpo Group is still active in Costa Rica, with many projects and new events.

Ken has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He is an avid reader, active member of Mensa, and a serious Anglo-Saxon historian.

VP - Exhibitions and Conferences - Andy Trister

Andy comes to CardelleXpo with 21 years of Publishing and Trade Show experince. He has taken over the development of the Alternative Energy Shows division of CardelleXpo Group and in this capacity will use his extensive industry experience to grow the Boston Show, while at the same time being a key team member in launching the other 3 Alternative Energy & Building Efficiency Shows that are currently in development. His responsibilities will include overseeing all sales and monitoring Show growth. His strong sales management background is well-regarded and respected throughout the industry, having worked with several of the largest Publishers and Trade Show Management firms.

Andy splits his time as a serious musician playing in a couple of local bands, and also as an avid fisherman.

Marketing Manager - Natalia Cardelle

Natalia brings over 10 years of sales and marketing experience to CardelleXpo Group, with a main background in Product Management. Her strong marketing skills, international experience, and client service focus makes her the perfect leader of our marketing programs. Whether it is to seek out media partners, work with venues overseas, create and manage an email campaign, or just to resolve a customer's question, Natalia handles it with professionalism and thoroughness.
